Course package 1

A focused and effective webinar for executives (and others) providing the essential overview of the NIS2 Directive:

  • The threat landscape that underpins it
  • Its purpose of fostering a resilient Europe
  • The new requirements the directive imposes on organisations

The emphasis is on executive accountability and what that means in practice. This is the first step towards being equipped to take real responsibility for cybersecurity.

The course can be tailored to other target groups who need to understand NIS2 (e.g. sales teams, production staff, or similar).

NIS2 and executive accountability: An Overview

Course package 2

If your leadership team needs a deeper understanding of the NIS2 Directive and the responsibilities it entails, this course is a solid choice. We open up the topic of information security, covering:

  • The threat landscape that underpins it
  • Its purpose of fostering a resilient Europe
  • The new requirements the directive imposes on organisations
  • The practical aspects of cybersecurity work
  • How to organise collaboration between leadership and the information security team

The course combines presentations, exercises, and facilitates discussions on how to address NIS2 within your organisation.

You will gain: A clear picture of role distribution and how leadership and information security must collaborate on NIS2 within your organisation.

NIS2 and executive accountability: Understanding your role

Course package 3

NIS2 demands close cooperation between leadership and information security. This workshop takes a deep dive into:

  • The threat landscape behind the NIS2 Directive
  • Its purpose of fostering a resilient Europe
  • The new organisational requirements introduced by the directive
  • The practical implementation of cybersecurity
  • How to organise collaboration between leadership and information security
  • The division of responsibilities between executives and the information security team
  • How reporting and communication between leadership and information security should be structured

This course blends presentations, exercises, and facilitates discussions on how NIS2 should be managed within your organisation. Additionally, we work concretely on what executive reporting should look like (as a set of management-level requirements for operations).

You will gain: A clear understanding of roles and how executives and information security teams should collaborate on NIS2 in your organisation. You will also receive a concrete plan detailing how and when information security should report to leadership.
